Sometimes it’s an existing venue that allows tipis or marquees to be put up, or a venue that has a kitchen but allows your choice of external caterers.

But you want to go off piste, a venue that isn’t permanent and doesn’t have a kitchen?………

We have always been known as the go to team for “External” weddings as we term them.

So, apart from us, what do you need to execute your perfect day, but somewhere different??…………

For marquee Weddings you will need to provide

Catering tent of at least 6x6 meters.

Van parking and access next to the catering tent.

Trestle tables x 10.

Suitable kitchen floor covering.

Lighting within the catering tent.

Access to a drinking water supply.

Minimum of 40KVA generator (3 x 32 Amp sockets kitchen)

plus what ever the band, bar or whoever else may be drawing power require.

If you are providing your own bar, a skip for your waste.

For existing venues with facilities, we will need

Space for service.

Space and enough power for;

2 ovens and 2 fryers,

1 hot cupboard and 1 water boiler

We always carry out a thorough site visit prior to the day, but if required we will carry out a site visit to determine the suitability of a venue ahead of a quote.
